When will the stone fall?

Throughout the world, sincere believers are anxiously waiting for the second coming of Jesus Christ.   That is the blessed hope of every believer.  Almost two thousand years elapsed since two angels told the apostles that Jesus would return in the same way they had seen Him disappear.  Generation after generation has been looking for this great event.   Many believers tend to become complacent. But the prophetic clock is ticking.   One of these days the trumpet will sound.

In the book of Daniel, chapter two, we see God revealed to His dear servant the interpretation of the dream of the image seen by nebuchadnezzar,the king of Babylon.   Daniel describes one of the greatest apocalyptic visions ever given to man.   The image represents the rise of the powerful world empires, rulers and their collapse.  It teaches us some very vital facts regarding the history of the world from that time to the end of age.

The image parts which were made up of different materials symbolized four successive kingdoms.   The head of the image made o gold represents the Babylonian Empire of king Nebuchadnezzar.  The gold fittingly represents the absolute autovracy of nebuchadnezzar, whose power was supreme.  The second kingdom of Medo-Persia was inferior to the previous one and is illustrated by the chest of silver.  Third great empire was the Grecian Empire founded by Alexander the great. Greece is symbolized by the belly of brass.  The fourth kingdom was Rome. This last earthly empire was ruled by the Caesares elected by the people. Rome is pictured for us in the thighs and legs of iron.  Iron signifies "strength" and Rome had a strength greater than other kingdoms.  The two legs of the image represents the separation of the Roman Empire into the Eastern and Western divisions.  The ten toes of Iron and clay suggest the fragile combination resulting when the iron of Rome was mixed with the clay of popular will.

The degeneration of world kingdoms is represented in the diminishing value of metals used.   The iron mixed with clay suggesting attempted union between a democratic and imperialistic form of government that exist today.  From what Daniel told the king, and what history tells us we know what happened to the great world empires.  The Roman empire was suddenly destroyed.  There fore for the fulfillment of the prophecy the Roman Empire must revived again at the time Christ returns to the earth The ground work for this is already going on.  The EuropeanCommon Market id a forerunner of this revised kingdom.  Things are very bleak today. currently there is not an acceptable leader in any country in the world.  This is an indication that a world leader will emerge

Pretty soon and he will be the Antichrist.  The erecting of an image will be repeated by the Antichrist (beast) the last head of the gentile world dominion ( Rev.13: 11-15).

The fact we are moving rapidly toward a united world is an indication that the time of the Antichrist is near.  With the present day technology, a world ruler could quite easily control all buying and selling.  Whether we like it or not, believe it or not, accept it or not, we are headed toward increasing internationalism. And the leader will be the ANTICHRIST.

After the process of deterioration there is the emergence and establishment of anew order represented by a "stone cut out of mountain "crushing the feet of the colossus and trembling it. Christ is the stone able to grind men and nation to powder (Mathew 21:44)

Events throughout history tell us that every thing in the world of God is so accurate because all the events are happening as it is written in the Bible .  The fulfillment of the Word of God can be seen through signs and symptoms.  The preparation towards the formation of a one world government, the preparation for building the temple of Jerusalem, the increase of wars, knowledge, communication capabilities, education, cultsand apostasy are well very compelling reasons to believe that our Savior's coming is very imminent.   We are going to witness the greatest event ever happened in the world .  The prince of peace is at the door.  Everything God revealed to His servants regarding the end times is taking place.  The wonderful things for saints.  He revealed to john on the island of patmos as we see in the last book of the Bible.  Revelation. In Genesis we see the beginning of sin, greed, anger, hatred, jealousy, pain and suffering, but in Revelation we see peace, joy, everlasting happiness, rewards and much more for His saints.  What a glorious time it is going to be for the saints of God.  We are very near the end of our spiritual journey.

The stone is about to fall very very soon.  The antichrist will be crushed terribly. Wee need to get ready, be vigilant and be anxious.  The power of God, the presence of God and a prayerful life are the utmost necessities for each believer and church at this eleventh hour than unproductive projects, programs and polictics. Jesus said, " Behold, I stand at the door, and knock, If any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him and he with me"( Rev. 3: 20).

He is outside knocking to get in.  The church will not let Him in, but He pleads with the individual.  How is our spiritual life? Is Jesus still in our hearts or is He knocking to get in?  He gave His life for us and saved us from eternal hell.   Can we boldly say I am ready for Him and I will be with Him upon His second coming.   If He is outside knocking, let Him in soon.  The time is running out. Our king is coming.  The apostles preached it.  The prophets predicted it.  The angels proclaimed it, and Jesus promised it.  The stone cut out without hands will fall very soon.  He will destroy all forces of evil and establish His kingdom and rule with the saints.  Thus He will bring an end to all other kingdoms.   What a glorious time we are going to experience!  Christ our savior and king is about to come.  The stage is set for that greatest event.  Let us prepare ourselves to receive Him, Join Him and be with Him for ever.
